For sensitive or high-stakes recruitment, ELAO Screening can be combined with an online proctoring solution, available as an optional add-on.
The candidate simply installs a plugin on their browser. The test is then monitored automatically throughout the assessment. HR managers access a dedicated platform where they can check whether any cheating attempt has been detected.
This proctoring solution is powered by a partnership with Mereos, a recognised specialist in online exam supervision. Proctoring is also available for the ELAO Select test (which includes the speaking module).
